The new approach

Strategic consultancy and mediation

Legal and economic affairs increasingly call for a new approach to the practice of law, one supported by a strategic consultancy department that examines the position a company is actually in, so as to draw up Action Plans and carry them through.

  1. Companies and individuals alike need precise solutions, suited to their needs at each moment and to the circumstances they are passing through.

  2. Those solutions are not enough in themselves unless they are carried out efficiently — that is, resolving matters with the best use of resources at the lowest cost.

  3. The Spanish judicial system is in a difficult position, with more than nine million proceedings open, quite apart from those awaiting admission, which condemns it to complete congestion and calls for professionals specialising in mediation.
